| ОФФ Советую (нет просто преказываю! (шутка)) перевести фонд сайта и rules что-бы появились первые user-ы.И кстати как они будут регистрироваться? Кнопки перевод, когда выйдешь нет!  |

| 2TAPAKAH всмысле перевод переводчика? типа ПРОМТа? да, я нашёл какой-то онлайн переводчик, но вобщем-то он сносно перевёл, и я пока сижу со словариком и грамматикой редактирую! дошёл уже до 3 пункта... так пойдёт? |

Recommendations: 1.1 Write interesting, substantial messages containing the information, interesting at least for several participants of the forum. 1.2 Don’t give in on provocation. It’s not necessary to answer the messages of other users directed on creation of flame, that inevitably getting involved in it. If all the same you didn’t manage to avoid given speed up, remember: the most reasonable behaviour in this situation - once as much as possible precisely, structurally and benevolently to express the position and don’t enter in discussion more. Then it, most likely, will fade itself. If you will try to prove, that “you not a camel”- the flame will become only more ardent and your reputation and respect will worsen only. 1.3 Don’t neglect grammar of Russian or English and punctuation marks including. 1.4 If you need to write the E-Mail at the forum don’t write "@"! Instead of it it’s better to put, say, symbols (a) which will protect you from the programs automatically collecting E-Mail addresses from WEB-pages. Generally speaking there is no sense in it, because every user can contact you by E-Mail by means of a forum. 1.5 Don’t answer to the insult by the insult. Be restrained and don’t become the infringer of the forum rules. 1.6 If you the beginner behave as on a visit - be ready to study and understand another's rules and principles before establishing your own. 1.7 Don’t give your login and password for access to the forum to other people. The person owning your password can operate from your person and cause damage by these actions. Remember, that Administration of the site needn’t you to send the password by mail, told it by phone, etc. 1.8 Write IMHO (In My Humble Opinion) in the beginning of the message expressing your personal opinion. It some kind of a prefix which lets know to other users, that this is your personal opinion and it’s not necessary to take it to heart. 2. It is not recommended on the forum: 2.1 To abuse excessive citing. Leave minimally necessary part of the initial message for understanding - in this case your message will be more clear and substantial. 2.2 To write Russian words by latin letters (translit). Such messages are difficultly readable, aren’t searchable and thereof don’t give any interest. If it’s complex to write Russian letters for you (for example, there are only English symbols putted on your keyboard), use button TRANSLIT in the form of answer. 2.3 To create themes in forums not suitable on subjects. If you haven’t found section suitable for your theme - create it in Arbour. 2.4 To create themes with senseless headings (for example "Help" or “how to be” etc.)! Such themes will be subjected to change or removal. 2.5 To try to discuss wrong, in your opinion, actions from representatives of Administration. Don’t forget, that they know rules of this forum by heart and frequently are more skilled people, than you. 2.6 To create themes which were already discussed at the forum. It’s better to profit by search - in this case you receive answer to your question much more quickly. 2.7 To write messages not concerning to a discussed theme. If you don’t wish to create a separate theme for clearing the question, seeming to you not so important, it should have "OFF", "Off top" in heading. The given designations inform that this message doesn’t concern to the theme. If such message will not have demanded heading - it will be removed. If there will be found excessive quantity of messages with heading ' OFF ' or etc. in a theme, all these messages will be revealed to flood. 2.8 To write messages by capital letters in Caps Lock mode. 3. It is forbidden on the forum: 3.1 It’s forbidden to use obscene expressions and domain names as nicknames, signatures, status, and to represent them on avatar; to use domain names as nicknames, a set of figures or registered trade marks. In this case your account will be removed. This rule extends also on obscene images and the words written not in Russian. If the signature, avatars or status of the user don’t answer the given requirement they can be subjected to change or removal. 3.2 It’s forbidden to use obscene lexicon in messages. 3.3 Personal correspondence in themes is forbidden, use PM, ICQ or "mini chat” established on a forum. Owing to “mini chat" you can communicate with the user in private. 3.4 Flood at the forum is strictly forbidden. 3.5 To appropriate functions of a moderator, explaining to other visitors how to behave them. 3.6 To create the same theme in different forums or some identical themes in one forum. 3.7 To write messages duplicating each other in different themes. If someone at this forum is capable to answer your message he will answer message’s one copy. 3.8 To discuss personal qualities of participants. The personal messages purpose for this discussions. 3.9 Disclosure of the confidential information (for example, personal letters, diaries, etc.) without author’s permission for that. The verdict will be born after complaint from affected side. 3.10 Playing with users faithfully is forbidden. If it will be revealed that 2 or more users are exchanging on a regular basis unreasonably respect these users will be blocked. 3.11 Advertising at the forum is forbidden. All messages of advertising character will be removed immediately or will be changed. The advertising messages (themes) include: - a. Announcements "purchase" / "sell" / "change", if they have advertising character. - b. Messages and the themes containing a call for help in a choice of any goods/service with the request to get these goods/service or containing references to the “Internet – shops” or other sources. - c. The Messages containing the references to other sites, leading not to the page with the information, but to the main page of a site or to the site not concerning to discussed theme. - d. Other messages containing obvious or latent advertising (definition of whether contains the message the advertising information, is a prerogative of Administration of the site). 3.12 Signatures, nicknames or the avatars containing advertising information are forbidden and will be exposed to removal. About Preventions: 1. At accumulation of 3 preventions user’s access to the forum will be blocked for the period which will be found necessary by Administration of the site. The minimal punishment 1 months, the maximal 1 year. 2. The first and second preventions can cause blocking of the user for the period from 1 to 14 days. The degree of punishment is defined by the representative of Administration. 3. If within 3 months the user had 1 or 2 preventions, will not break a rules, the forgiveness (-1 prevention) is possible. For the forgiveness user should address to Administration itself because we can’t watch for all of it. 4. After termination of blocking of user had 3 preventions, the forgiveness is not possible during 6 months, and with reception of one more (4-th) prevention the user will be blocked forever. Note: - Default of 2-nd item of rules, probably, will not entail any serious consequences, but will practically inevitably cause negative attitude for you from Administration and other users of the forum. - Default of 3-rd item of rules entails punishment as the prevention or blocking of the user. |
